Everyone’s got a Story

So what’s yours?
How to you let it drive you?
Does it drive you at all?
For better or for worse?

Whether you realize it or not, you have got a story that you tell yourself on a regular basis, everyone’s got a Story, its a fact.
Think about it, when your feeling upset, do you think to yourself, this is my pasts fault, my parents, the people around me caused this, and continue with the self pity which makes you feel more upset?
Or do you take the bad, and think, I will not be a victim, I am responsible for 99% of the situations I am in, and I will get through this, this will not define me, This will be my driving force for getting what i want.

Usually, most people go with the first response, they blame others, refuse to accept their hardships and if they do, its someone else’s fault, so really its digging the hole further down run into the ground.  Doing this will get that person no where, if you do it, you can probably see the evidence looking inwards at your own life, as difficult as that may be.
“aha” moment there!?

Now, the people that take the latter response, i.e not being a victim, are usually the successful types, which you can easily asses this yourself, just by googling certain people, a lot of them have had very difficult times, is this by mistake?
I doubt it, the best students are given the hardest tests.

Everyone’s Got a Story, Why do the outcomes differ for the same story’s?

So why do people choose to create a sad story or an uplifting story?
As it seems obvious, wouldn’t we all choose to create the uplifting one with the better results for our life?
Its clearly not easy to do this, but its all about choices, you are in charge of your own destiny, no one else, if you choose to go eat that cake, you will put on weight, if you choose to go sit in front of the T.V instead of do your work, you will fall behind your competitors who are taking their time to actually do the work to advance.

“I’m not good enough”, “I’ve always done this, i can’t change so no point in trying”
These are dangerous things to tell yourself, and especially because they are usually said on autopiolt, you don’t even know your doing it!
Your so used to it, we all have been their, and one you actually started listening to the thoughts you think, if they are negative, like mine were, you will be shocked, how easily they flow, and how easily you agree to them.

If you don’t feel good about yourself, how can anyone else?
People are good at sensing things, people are like magnets, you give of energy, make it the right kind!
Especially if you want to get far in business, it has to be.

Since Everyone’s got a Story , make yours worth telling!
